​​Bookings & Payments
-All bookings are subject to availability
.-Payment is required on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance.
-Deposits may be required for larger services or group bookings.​

Pricing & Quotes
-Prices listed are base rates and may vary depending on the condition, size, or type of vehicle.
-Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or odour removal.
-Any promotional discounts apply only as advertised and cannot be combined unless stated.​

Cancellations & Rescheduling
-Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice
-Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
-Bookings may need to be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather for mobile services.​
Customer Responsibilities
-Customers must remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
-Elite Auto Detailing is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
-Access to water and power will be required for mobile services (unless otherwise specified).​
Liability
-We will take the utmost care when working on your vehicle. Elite Auto Detailing is fully covered by liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage while your vehicle is in our care, we’ll ensure any matter is handled and resolved.
-While all care is taken, Elite Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
-Any concerns regarding service must be raised within 24 hours of completion.​

Golf Club Services (if relevant)
-Member pricing and discounts apply only on designated Golf Club Service Days, on-site at the club.
-Offsite or non-club day bookings are charged at standard rates.
